Cancellation Policy

Deposits New clients will be required to pay a £10 deposit to secure their appointment. Late Arrivals In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled, unless discussed with myself. In the case of rescheduling any deposit will be lost. Cancellations I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, please notify me at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break this rule will result in the loss of your deposit. No Shows In the case of missing your appointment, you will lose your deposit. In the case you rebook, you will be required to pay a deposit worth 50% of the service you want to book. Extras Please book the all extras you need, such as soak offs and nail art, to ensure there is enough time to complete your service.
